Our lead designer and real estate advisor, Stacey Jordan, started her career by attending Auburn University, where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design. However, it wasn’t until she spent time working with a high-end residential designer during her internship in Rosemary Beach that she realized exactly where her true passion lay. Shortly after graduating, she passed the NCIDQ exam and established her interior design practice. Stacey based her interior design business in Auburn, AL for over 20 years and moved to Florida’s Gulf Coast in 2020. Stacey is an award winning interior designer who serves on the Interior Design Board for Auburn University. Her work has been published in various magazines including Southern Tatler, East Alabama Living, and Lake Martin Living.

Stacey has worked with clients throughout the southeast to help them create the homes of their dreams. Specializing in new construction and full-scale remodeling projects, our design services include; architecture plan reviews, exterior finish selections, interior finish selections, space planning, lighting design and layouts, FF&E selections and processing, and installation management.
